About Us
We are a small charitable nonprofit foundation focused on supporting initiatives in the Philippines, including funding assistance for underserved farmers and providing scholarships for nursing students. Our mission is to expand impact through sustainable fundraising and meaningful partnerships.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Foundation Director to help grow and manage our charitable foundation. This is a remote, part-time position with flexible scheduling, with occasional meetings (virtual or in-person) with leadership once per week.
This is a one-person lead role responsible for helping build fundraising capacity, secure contributions, and support the overall growth of the foundation and related nonprofit efforts.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute fundraising and donation strategies
• Research, write, and submit grant applications
• Build and maintain donor and sponsor relationships
• Identify new funding opportunities and partnerships
• Support overall growth strategy for the foundation
• Assist in managing nonprofit communications and outreach
• Coordinate with leadership on goals, reporting, and progress updates
• Potentially support additional affiliated nonprofit initiatives as needed
Qualifications
• Proven experience in nonprofit fundraising and/or grant writing
• Strong written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to secure funding or contributions preferred
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with charitable organizations strongly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
Schedule & Work Environment
• Part-time, flexible hours
• Fully remote, with weekly check-ins (virtual or in-person)
• Independent, self-managed role
Compensation
• $35 per hour, based on experience
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
