Summary Of The Role
As a
Project Coordinator, Program Schedules & Forecast Projections,
supporting our Construction Services business unit, for a National Banking Client for their new Relocation and Renovation of their Investor Center, you will be is responsible for creating and maintaining program schedules, project schedules, milestone trackers, and forecast projections for the Investor Center delivery program. This role supports project teams and program leadership by tracking key milestones, identifying schedule risks, maintaining forecast accuracy, and reporting schedule impacts across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain project schedules for new locations, relocations, renovations, and expansions.
• Maintain the master program schedule, pipeline forecast, milestone tracker, active construction tracker, and opening forecast.
• Track major delivery milestones including project approval, project launch, feasibility approval, due diligence PAR, due diligence visit, DDR, budget approval, design PAR, CD kickoff, 50% / 90% CD reviews, CD completion, landlord approval, permit, bid process, release all trades, lease execution, construction launch, weekly project calls, progress visits, construction complete/punch, furniture installation, technology/security installation, acclimation, and opening.
• Develop schedule templates by project type, including new branch, relocation, renovation/expansion, and phased renovation schedules.
• Incorporate permit durations, construction durations, FF&E durations, landlord approvals, technology/security dependencies, signage, branch acclimation, and open-for-business dates.
• Produce look-ahead schedules, critical path reports, forecast projections, date-risk summaries, and leadership reporting.
• Support Project Managers in updating schedule narratives, tracking slippage, identifying recovery plans, and communicating downstream impacts.
• Coordinate with Project Coordinators on financial forecast timing and with Relocation Managers on move/furniture/styling windows.
• Maintain historical schedule data to improve cycle time assumptions, forecast accuracy, and resource planning.
• Escalate milestone risks related to landlord work, permits, procurement, furniture lead times, technology/security readiness, construction completion, and opening dates.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical certification in construction management, project coordination, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of scheduling, project controls, construction coordination, program management support, or facilities scheduling experience.
• Experience with retail, corporate interiors, banking, construction, FF&E, or multi-site rollout scheduling preferred.
