Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced retail management professional to join our team as a Store Manager in Training. As a Store Manager in Training, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of strategic plans, analyzing and resolving service issues, and leading the integration of client and internal associations. You will also be responsible for teaching clients about our policies, product information, and systems, as well as industry issues and current events.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of strategic plans for the assigned book of business, aligned with client objectives, financial position, and employee benefit strategy
- Analyze and resolve underlying causes of service issues
- Identify potential service issues and take proactive steps to resolve them
- Lead the integration of client and internal associations, with full responsibility for ensuring a smooth implementation that will build trust with key client personnel
- Teach clients about our policies, product information, and systems, as well as industry issues and current events
Necessary Work Capabilities
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
