Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our web and cloud applications. As a key member of our team, you’ll work on a specific project aligned with our research requirements, with opportunities to switch groups and tasks as our business grows and evolves.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project needs, deadlines, and expectations
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation and educational content
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, and resolve them by analyzing causes and effects on equipment, network, or service tasks and quality
Essential Qualifications:
We’re looking for candidates with a strong foundation in software engineering and relevant experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A four-year certification or equivalent functional experience
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, with experience in data structures and algorithms
- Experience in testing, maintaining, or deploying software products, and at least one year of experience in software design and development
Preferred Qualifications:
We’re also interested in candidates with advanced degrees or PhDs in software engineering or related fields, as well as those with experience in:
- Leading technical projects or initiatives
- Creating open-source projects
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth
Skills and Competencies:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to possess a strong combination of technical, business, and soft skills, including:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
