Job Summary

We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full Stack Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer support team, you’ll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our customers. Your primary focus will be on gaming and cloud application support, ensuring our customers have a seamless experience on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Documenting customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and resolution targets
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • A strong passion for gaming and technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as communications, marketing, or computer science
  • Experience with game testing, test scripts creation, or content assessment
  • Knowledge of gaming industry trends and technologies
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer support software
  • Fluency in multiple languages
