The Ability Investigation Group
The Ability Investigation group is a key component of Blithequark’s HR function, responsible for employing a data-driven approach to HR and talent decisions across our global workforce. Our team coordinates with the business as essential HR investigation partners, identifying and articulating expressed or implicit needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates into the business as essential HR investigation partners and expects and reveals expressed or implicit necessities.
- Tunes in and enables colleague and external partner voice.
- Utilizes our investigation skill to test, measure, analyze, understand, and address different business questions.

About the Job
Our Information Experts are tasked with investigating data, technologies, and the application of numerical methods to empower business insights. Information experts achieve this through a wide array of skills including data wrangling, reporting, dashboarding, perception, statistical analysis, modeling, and the presentation of recommendations and understanding. Examiners will work within a dynamic environment, which requires active support in functions to achieve the team’s objectives. They also develop space-specific data as they learn about their business area and support applying key data management standards like metadata management, data profiling, and reporting their data heritage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively investigating data for explicit use cases.
- Aptitude in business area and cycles.
- Making quantifiable insights from the data to be shared.
- Creating metrics, estimation methodology, reports, and insights.
- Reporting estimations, code, and sticking to data management standards.
- Approving and testing data resources of others as peer review.
- Investigating statistical analysis that could be applied to the data.
- Performing enlightening measurements including mean, variation, median, relationship.

About You
We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team. If you have:
- Shoulder-lengths of higher education.
- Work experience in data analysis or experts-level education in business analysis, data science, etc.
- Exhibited a track record of leadership in data and utilization of data, reporting, and analysis.
- Capability with different programming languages SQL, R, Python.
- Capability with social and non-social datasets.
- Stays current with new and advancing technologies through formal training and self-education to continue raising individual and team performance.
- Solid space-specific data in HR data and cycles.
- Related knowledge in HR or talent/individuals analysis industry.
Math and Analytics:
We’re looking for individuals with a strong foundation in mathematical reasoning (AND, OR NOT) and statistical analysis, including:
- Spellbinding and Inferential Insights.
- Analytics (weighted means, rates of progress, single variable).
Testing and Exploration Plan:
We’re looking for individuals who can apply the scientific method and trial plan, and produce insights from observational data.
