Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving pharmacy operations, patient experience, and clinical advancement across our region. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute pharmacy operations strategies to drive business growth, improve patient experience, and enhance clinical outcomes.
  • Lead a team of pharmacy professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional performance and career growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corporate initiatives, drive pharmacy operations, and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, and community partners.
  • Monitor and analyze pharmacy operations metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and industry standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to pharmacy professionals, including training, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Retail and Pharmacy Operations to develop and implement pharmacy improvement plans, driving business growth and improving patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, and community partners.
  • Monitor and analyze pharmacy operations metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and industry standards.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in pharmacy operations, leadership, or management.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving patient experience, and enhancing clinical outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to drive excellence.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A master’s degree in pharmacy, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in pharmacy operations, leadership, or management.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, developing strategic plans, and implementing initiatives to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Experience with data analysis, metrics, and performance management.
  • Ability to develop and implement training programs, coaching, and development opportunities for pharmacy professionals.
