Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corporate initiatives, drive pharmacy operations, and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, and community partners.
- Monitor and analyze pharmacy operations metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive excellence.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and industry standards.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses to drive business growth and profitability.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to pharmacy professionals, including training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Collaborate with the Chief Retail and Pharmacy Operations to develop and implement pharmacy improvement plans, driving business growth and improving patient outcomes.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in pharmacy operations, leadership, or management.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, improving patient experience, and enhancing clinical outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to drive excellence.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
