Key Responsibilities
- Provide extensive patient care by processing and accurately dispensing medication orders, administering vaccinations, and counseling individuals on healthcare and prescription medication needs.
- Model, support, and provide guidance and direction to team members on appropriate administration approaches and procedures to ensure effective resolution of customer needs, complaints, and issues within organizational guidelines and standards.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for assigned areas by investigating and interpreting reports, implementing and monitoring loss prevention and safety controls, supervising security, operational, and quality assurance reviews, developing and executing action plans, and providing guidance and direction on implementing organizational programs and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain confidential information, documentation, and assigned records as required by organizational policies, and local, state, and federal regulations.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
- Leadership or management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
