Are you a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active license in Oklahoma looking for a flexible, high-paying remote opportunity? Starlight is seeking dedicated clinicians to join our expanding team and provide exceptional ABA services to children and families across the country.

Responsibilities
• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior evaluations
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Deliver telehealth and remote supervision services
Qualifications
• Active BCBA certification required
• Active state licensure where applicable
• Experience providing ABA services and supervising RBTs
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
