What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Virtual Veterinary Technician, you’ll partner with veterinary clinics to provide outstanding client support and help ensure continuity of care for patients.
Your day may include:
• Conducting virtual client follow-ups and post-visit check-ins
• Providing client education and reinforcing treatment plans
• Reviewing medical records and gathering patient information
• Assisting with message triage and prioritizing non-urgent concerns
• Delivering discharge instructions and answering client questions
• Helping pet parents feel informed, supported, and confident in their pet’s care
What We’re Looking For:
You may be a great fit if you have:
• Experience as a Veterinary Technician, Veterinary Assistant, or Veterinary Client Service Representative
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Confidence using technology and virtual communication tools
• Experience with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and common operating systems
• A reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
• A genuine passion for client education and patient care
Bonus Points For:
• Experience with veterinary PIMS software
• Familiarity with telehealth or virtual care platforms
