Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Connect with clients and assess their insurance needs
• Present tailored solutions (Life, Health, Medicare, etc.)
• Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
• Attend virtual training sessions and team meetings
• Manage your pipeline using CRM tools
Qualifications:
• Active Life & Health Insurance License (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Sales experience is a plus (but not required)

Compensation:
