We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Medical Billing and Coding professionals to support healthcare operations through accurate documentation review, medical coding, billing processes, and insurance-related tasks. The selected candidates will help ensure accurate claim processing, maintain compliance with healthcare coding standards, and support smooth communication between healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal teams.

• Health Information Management (HIM) Technician

Key Responsibilities:
• Review medical records and assign appropriate diagnosis and procedure codes
• Process and manage healthcare billing documentation accurately
• Verify insurance information and assist with authorization requirements
• Review claims for accuracy and help resolve billing-related issues
• Maintain compliance with industry guidelines and payer requirements
• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and insurance representatives
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with healthcare privacy standards

Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience in medical billing, coding, claims processing, or related healthcare operations preferred
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and medical terminology
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and billing systems is a plus
• Certifications such as CPC, CCS, RHIT, or similar credentials are welcome
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
